An overnight stay in apartment with kitchen use requires a minimum stay of 7 nights and a cost of final cleaning euro 35.

It is also possible to stay overnight in the apartment without kitchen, nor its enhancements, no eating meals in the apartment, to the cost of the room with relaxing seating area with sofa and flat screen tv.

Deposit of 25% to be paid at the reservation through bank transfer or credit card
Deposit: 100 euros in cash to be paid at check-in for apartment with use of kichen.The deposit will be returned at check-out

Cancellation: cancellations must be notified by fax or e-mail. Cancellations are free of charge if sent at least 5 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
